Delivery Information

At Verona Eco, we aim to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible. We deliver throughout the UK using our own delivery vehicles and trusted courier partners.

Delivery Charges

Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery, subject to our delivery area and any applicable exclusions.

Orders under £100 are charged at £8.50 + VAT for delivery.

The applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to mainland UK and Northern Ireland.

We do not currently deliver to UK islands, including the Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands.

If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times will depend on product availability, the size of your order and your delivery location.

Where an estimated delivery date or timeframe is provided, this is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date unless specifically agreed with you in writing.

If there is likely to be a significant delay to your order, we will contact you where reasonably possible.

Courier Deliveries

Some orders are delivered using third-party courier services. Once your order has been dispatched, courier delivery times are outside of our direct control.

Courier deliveries may require someone to be available to receive the goods. Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided when placing your order are correct.

Larger Orders and Pallet Deliveries

Larger or heavier orders may be delivered by pallet or by a suitable delivery vehicle.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that there is suitable access to the delivery address and that the delivery can be safely received.

If there are any access restrictions, please contact us before placing your order so that we can discuss the most appropriate delivery arrangements.

Delivery to Business Premises

If your order is being delivered to a business address, please ensure that the premises are open and someone is available to receive the delivery.

Please provide any relevant delivery instructions when placing your order.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or additional delivery costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address or where nobody is available to receive the goods.

Checking Your Delivery

Please check your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If your goods are damaged, incorrect or items are missing, please contact us promptly at orders@veronaeco.com or on 01355 222004.

Where appropriate, we may ask you to provide photographs of the packaging and/or damaged goods to help us investigate the issue.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible.

Please retain the original packaging and take photographs of the damage where possible, as this may be required when making a claim with the courier or investigating the issue.

We will assess the circumstances and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, collection, credit or refund.

Delivery Delays

While we work to ensure orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, transport disruption or other unforeseen circumstances.

We will do what we reasonably can to minimise any delay and keep you informed where appropriate.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed because an incorrect address has been provided, nobody is available to receive the goods, or there are access issues at the delivery address, additional delivery or re-delivery charges may apply.
