Returns & Refunds

At Verona Eco, we want you to be happy with your order. If you need to return goods, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can discuss the appropriate arrangements.

Unwanted Goods

For unwanted goods, please contact us on orders@veronaeco.com or phone 01355 222004 within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.

Unwanted goods must be unopened and in their original condition. We cannot accept returns of goods that have been opened.

We will arrange collection of accepted unwanted goods, subject to a collection fee of £12.50 per product, plus £5 for individual items.

Goods must be securely packaged and ready for collection. We reserve the right to refuse a return where the goods do not meet the above requirements.

How to Arrange a Return

To request a return, please contact us with:

• Your order number
• The product(s) you wish to return
• The quantity being returned
• The reason for the return
• Your collection address

We will confirm whether the return can be accepted and, where applicable, arrange collection.

Please do not return goods without contacting us first.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items or items are missing, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@veronaeco.com or on 01355 222004.

Where appropriate, please provide photographs of the goods and packaging to help us investigate the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we may arrange a replacement, collection, credit or refund.

Please retain the original packaging until the issue has been resolved, as this may be required for inspection or a courier claim.

Faulty or Defective Goods

If you believe a product is faulty or defective, please contact us with details of the issue.

We will assess the circumstances and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, credit or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Refunds

Where a refund has been agreed, it will normally be made using the original payment method.

The time taken for a refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Where a return is due to the goods being unwanted and the return has been accepted in accordance with this policy, the applicable collection charges will be deducted from any refund or otherwise payable by the customer.

Bespoke or Made-to-Specification Products

Products that have been specially made, prepared or ordered to a customer's specific requirements may not be eligible for return where they are no longer required.

This does not affect any statutory rights that may apply where goods are faulty, defective or otherwise do not meet the requirements of the contract.
